Spectrum – Hertford is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults. Our Hertford service is also open to people living in Waltham Cross, Ware, Cheshunt and Bishops Stortford.

They will help you to make and sustain the changes you need to make to reduce and, ultimately, stop your drug and/or alcohol use. They aim to empower you to identify and realise your goals throughout your recovery journey, in order to live a healthier, safer life.

The Living Room Hertfordshire

Their treatment centres in Stevenage and St Albans provides free intensive structured, abstinence-based, day treatment for adults with substance addictions: alcohol and illicit and non-illicit drugs and behavioural addictions such as: eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-harm, gambling, shopping/spending, relationships, love and sex); free crèche childcare (Stevenage based); and free therapy and support for family and friends. in addition they have a variety of outreach projects in areas of need.
